Dogwood Dormitory sleeps up to 84 people in 8 rooms in bunks and has two separate bathroom facilities.
Six rooms sleep 12 people each and 2 rooms sleep 6 people each. Both bathrooms include 3 toilets and 2 showers as well as multiple sinks. Bathrooms lock from the inside so that they can be accessible to both sides of the dorm or just one side of the dorm depending on your group's needs.
Dogwood was built in 1969-1970 as our first winterized building and remains a popular choice for retreats and conferences.
Dogwood is split into East and West sides, connected by the two bathrooms. Each side of the dorm has its own sitting room at the front of the building, with refrigerators available for your use. Sleeping rooms include ceiling fans as well as emergency exit doors and egress windows.
When you rent Dogwood, we include meeting space in Maple Center for up to 100 people.
