Join us for a tour of our property!  We are available all year long and we love to show off our site.  At Inspiration Hills you will discover 200 acres of serenity where you can unplug and enjoy hiking trails, dense stands of hardwood trees, transitional forests, groves of pine trees, natural ponds, creeks, a small private lake, deep ravines carved by nature in limestone shale, and limitless recreational activities.

• Request meeting spaces and lodging
• Confirm contract details
• Pay deposit to hold your rental dates

• Recruit attendees
• Check on dietary restrictions and allergies
• Submit proof of liability insurance from your organization

• Send us a copy of your schedule with activity times and locations to make sure we are appropriately staffed for any activities or food service that requires our staff and that there are no conflicts with any other groups on site.
• We will be in contact approximately 10 days from your event to confirm any dietary restrictions or allergies.
• Confirm meal times
• Confirm final number of attendees
• Receive invoice (Based on your communicated totals.  The check must be brought with you to your event/retreat)
• Confirm leadership arrival time and group arrival time.
