"As staff at IH, I love the sense of community. We all work together to teach the kids about God and help them have an amazing experience like we did at camp. Yes, there are struggles and sometimes we get overwhelmed, but the amazing thing is that all the staff are a team. So we help each other through the rough patches and turn it into something even better. I'd say my favorite thing as a staff member is when a kid smiles at me, or grabs my hand while we are walking, or gives me a compliment when I'm totally not expecting it."
